The modern learner is tech-savvy, curious, and eager to explore diverse knowledge channels. Characterized by impatience, innovation, creativity, and global awareness, these learners crave collaboration and effective resources to solve problems. However, many teachers, traditionally the primary source of knowledge, struggle to adapt, lacking the necessary technological proficiency and professional development to engage these learners. To bridge this gap, teachers must become technologically confident and skilled, fostering strong relationships with their students. This paper advocates for a revitalized teacher education system, equipping educators to meet the unique demands of the digital generation and stay relevant in today's fast-paced, technology-driven world.
